Volleyball nets are available or you can rent wave runners, go parasailing, jet boating and Hobie Catting. Try your luck fishing off the pier with readily available fishing gear and laugh at the pelicans who enjoy hanging out here. You'll also find many outdoor cafes from which to watch the world go by, and a playground for the kids.

When you want to venture out to explore the rest of the island, you can use the convenient municipal buses or take the 25 cent island trolley. In nearby Fort Myers you can visit the Edison Ford Estates, the historic downtown district, and many nature parks and water attractions.
